Krevos — Terms of Service
Version of October 27, 2026 — prepared for the invitation launch (Thu Oct 29, 2026). Supersedes the October 25 draft. Plain-language terms; the acceptance of every account is recorded at signup.
1. What Krevos is
Krevos is an online tool from Alvarez Solutions, Inc. ("Alvarez Solutions," "we," "us") that puts a small business's bookkeeping and its work board — projects, tasks, and follow-ups — in one place. It includes personal ("Life") and business ("Business") spaces under one login. The two spaces stay separate: combining the view never merges the data.
By creating an account — including by accepting an invitation — you agree to these terms. We record the date and time of your acceptance.
Krevos is a record-keeping and organization tool. It is not a bank, a lender, an accounting or bookkeeping firm, a tax service, or a law firm. It does not file anything with any government agency on your behalf, and nothing in the app is financial, tax, or legal advice. It does not replace your accountant, bookkeeper, or tax advisor.
2. Accounts and the Owner's responsibilities
- Each workspace has one Owner. The Owner controls the workspace: who is invited, what each person can see or change, and the plan.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private, turn on two-factor authentication, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
- Members you invite can only see what their role and the Owner's settings allow. The Owner is responsible for granting and removing access.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Double-entry bookkeeping balances by design, but you are responsible for reviewing your own books before relying on them for taxes, loans, or filings.
3. Your workspace, your call — connections and third parties
Krevos works on the records you enter and, where a feature offers them, the connections you choose to make. Those choices are yours:
- Connecting any bank account, card, or other third-party service is your decision, made by you, and governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy — not by these terms. We do not control third-party services, we do not guarantee them, and we are not responsible for their actions, their security, their outages, or their handling of your information.
- You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you connect (for example, accounts you own, or business accounts you are authorized to manage), and for the credentials you use with the third party.
- You may disconnect any connection at any time. Disconnecting stops future retrieval; records already in your books remain part of your books unless you delete them.
- Importing files (such as bank or card statements you download yourself) is likewise your choice; you are responsible for the files you import and for checking imported records against your own statements.
4. Bank connections, when you choose to use them
Bank connections are optional and are off unless you turn one on.
- Connections are made through a licensed third-party connection provider (an "aggregator"), identified by name in the app at the moment you connect. You enter your bank credentials with the aggregator or your bank — never with Krevos. We never receive and never store your bank password.
- When you connect an account, you authorize Alvarez Solutions and the aggregator to access that account and retrieve the account information you select — such as account names, balances, and transactions — on your behalf, and to keep retrieving it while the connection is active so your books stay current.
- The data retrieved is read-only to us: a bank connection never gives Krevos the ability to move your money, pay bills, or make transfers.
- The aggregator's own terms and privacy policy govern the connection itself. Our Privacy Policy explains what connection data we receive and hold.
5. Free trial
- Every new workspace starts with a 60-day free trial. No card is required to start.
- During the trial, the full product works. There are no feature gates between plans.
6. Plans and prices
- Solo — $29/month, or $24/month billed annually. Full books and board, one person.
- Business — $59/month flat, or $49/month billed annually. Up to 10 team members included, with no per-seat charge.
- Guests and client viewers are free. Your outside accountant's seat is free.
- Founding rate lock: founding members lock in their founding rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
7. When a trial ends
- If a trial ends without a paid plan starting, the workspace becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view everything, and export your data.
- Your data is never deleted, hidden, or held hostage at trial end. It stays yours and stays exportable.
- To continue with full access after a trial, contact us at info@azbizsupport.com and we will set up your plan.
8. Your data is yours
- The books, records, files, and tasks you enter belong to you.
- You can export your full data at any time from inside the app. Exporting does not require our permission and is never blocked by your plan or trial status.
- Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold, where it lives, and what we never do with it.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or enter records you have no right to use.
- Connect accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- Try to access another workspace's data, or work around the permission settings.
- Probe, overload, or attempt to break the service or its security.
- Resell or share your login outside the members and guests your plan covers.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, with notice where the situation allows.
10. The service, honestly stated; limits and your indemnity
- The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate, available, and backed up, and we say plainly when something goes wrong — but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- To the extent the law allows, Alvarez Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — or $100 if you are on a free trial.
- You agree to hold Alvarez Solutions harmless from claims, losses, and costs arising from your own choices and content: the records you enter, the accounts and services you choose to connect, the files you import, the access you grant your members, and your use of the service in a way that breaks these terms or the law.
11. Changes to these terms
Alvarez Solutions may update these terms as the product grows. When a change matters, we will give notice in the app or by the contact information on file before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Ending your account
You may stop using Krevos at any time. Export your data first — it is always available to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how to ask for your data to be deleted.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
14. Text-message notifications
Krevos is a service of Alvarez Solutions, Inc. If you turn on text-message notifications in Settings → Communications, you agree to receive text messages from Krevos at the mobile number you provide — for example, task-assignment notices and due-date reminders. You opt in inside the app: you enter your own mobile number, check a consent box that describes the messages, and confirm through a first text message. Consent is never a condition of using Krevos.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@azbizsupport.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
